Respect for Intellectual Property
Polaris respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same.
Users should only upload content they have the right to share.
This includes photos, videos, text, and other media.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on Polaris infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice requesting removal.
A notice should include:
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- identification of the content believed to be infringing
- sufficient information to allow Polaris to locate the content
- contact information for the complaining party
- a statement that the complaining party believes the use is not authorized
Content Removal
Polaris may remove or disable access to content that is alleged to infringe intellectual property rights.
Repeat Infringers
Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing content may be suspended or terminated.
